1. Who we are
aiangel is a sole trader business operated by Yashwin Prakash (ABN 64 468 455 810), based in Australia. We design and build websites, Shopify e-commerce stores, and apps and web apps for businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. What information we collect
When you use the quote form on this website, you choose to give us:
- your name and email address (required);
- your phone number and business name (optional);
- what you need: Website, Shopify Store, App or Not sure (required);
- the message you write to us (required); and
- the address of the page you sent the form from, so we know which service or industry page you were reading.
If you email or phone us, we collect what you tell us. We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health or financial details) and ask that you don’t include it in your message. We do not collect payment details through this website.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, provide the services you ask for, and keep records of our dealings with you. We may contact you about your enquiry by email or phone. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
4. Who else handles your information
- Formspree processes the quote form on our behalf and forwards submissions to us by email. Formspree is based in the United States, so your form details may be handled outside Australia. See Formspree’s privacy policy.
- Our website host serves this website and may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and reliability.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy, and we see the number and messages you send us. Phone calls go through your own carrier.
- Google Search Console is used to check how this website appears in Google search. It does not identify individual visitors to us.
This website hosts its own fonts and scripts, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts or other font services when you visit.
5. Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own.
6. Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and then delete or de-identify them.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email yashwin@aiangel.com.au and we’ll respond within one business day.
